How can I pay?

 We accept the following methods of payment;Paypal and Credit Cards: Visa,Master Card,American Express, Discover*Please allow 2-3 business days for payment processing once your order has been placed.


What happens after I place an order?

   Every piece is made to order and cut/ hand sewn one by one by the designer to  size specified by the customer. Also Dyed pieces are hand dyed individually. * Dye pattern may have slight differences from photo.


How long does it take to receive the product I ordered?

  Please keep in mind that each and every piece at Shop Brown Sugar is hand Made ALL Items are now in stock and ready to ship. Estimated standard arrival times are 7-10 business days. ***Shipping Currently * 

  You will receive notification once your order has been shipped which will include your tracking number. Standard shipping is7-10 business days once you receive your tracking number. You may select to pay the priority order fee to have your item express shipped to you. All express items are shipped same day if placed by 2pm next business day if after 2pm via USPS priority express mail and guaranteed 1-2 business days. Orders received after 2pm EST will be processed next business day.Shop Brown Sugar is not responsible for items lost in the mail once a tracking number is provided. Please contact USPS to file a claim for lost item if the item is not received.Furthermore if express orders are shipped within quoted time frame we are not responsible for delayed shipping.

Pre Order?

Pre order shoes gives you first dibs on new releases. Because stock is  limited, pre order ensures that you get your size before the masses. When you place your preorder the money is deducted from your account at that moment. We will send a conformation email along with tracking number once item is shipped out. 

 What Are Your Shipping Times?

When you place your order the money is deducted from your account at that moment. All standard orders will arrive within 7-10 business days We will send a conformation email along with tracking number once item is shipped out.

StandardShipping-  USPS Priority Mail received within 7-10 business days)

Priority Shipping-  USPS Express Overnight Service received guaranteed within 1-2 days

International- USPS Priority International 6-10 business Days



If I am in the Pittsburgh area, Can I pick up my order?

Until Further notice, Pick up is no longer available. All orders placed will be shipped. Please be aware of standard shipping and processing times prior to placing your order.


Can I return my order?

    ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We accept EXCHANGES ONLY in the case that there is a defect. In that case proof must be provided with a photo and consideration for exchange is determined by us based on the images provided. All Bodysuits and swimwear are final sale for sanitary reasons.We thoroughly inspect all garments prior to shipment however in the case that there is a defect upon arrival you may contact for exchange.

  We do not exchange for fit issues, (only for defects)please be sure to view our size chart prior to placing your order. Exchanges are only accepted if notified without 3 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for shipping cost on all returns (for exchange for defected clothing)The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. When returning items for exchange, please forward tracking information to

If my order does not fit can I exchange?

 For your reference we ensure that our customers have access to our size chart at that provides thorough instructions on how to take your measurements. In the case that you are unsure of your size please refer to our size chart.prior to making your purchase. We do not exchange due to fit issues.
